Every payment is acknowledged by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours with an invoice from IRA CAREERS and confirmation of the scope, date and format.
For online one-on-one sessions and online workshops, the joining link (Zoom or Google Meet) is sent to the email address and WhatsApp number you gave us at least 24 hours before the session, and again one hour before it starts. If you have not received it 12 hours before, message +91 78599 13300.
Workshops and on-site engagements are delivered at your office or an agreed venue in Ahmedabad, elsewhere in India, or internationally, on the dates fixed in the proposal. Venue, equipment and participant logistics are agreed in writing beforehand.
Workbooks, templates and follow-up notes are shared digitally within 3 working days of the session. Printed materials, where part of the format, are brought to the venue.
Delivered as a scheduled programme of on-site and online sessions across each quarter, with a written plan issued at the start of the quarter.
Dates once confirmed are held for you. Changes are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
