Refund & Cancellation Policy

All refunds are made by IRA CAREERS to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Bank and payment-gateway processing times are outside our control.

Workshops, speaking engagements and one-on-one sessions

Applies to Kurukshetra workshops, the Customized AI Workshop, speaking engagements and Hey Parth Service™ sessions.

7 days or more before the scheduled date	Full refund, or a free reschedule — your choice
3 to 6 days before	50% refund, or a free reschedule
Less than 72 hours before, or no-show	No refund. One free reschedule within 90 days

A reschedule is subject to a mutually agreed new date. A rescheduled booking cannot be cancelled for a refund.

Sanskriti Sthaapan (quarterly engagement)

Cancel before the quarter begins: full refund of that quarter's fee.
Once a quarter has begun, that quarter's fee is non-refundable. You may end the engagement at the close of any quarter by giving us 15 days' written notice; nothing further is billed.

If we cancel

If IRA CAREERS cancels or cannot deliver a booked session for any reason, you choose between a full refund and a reschedule at no cost. If we have to change a date, you may decline the new date and take a full refund.

Partial delivery

If an engagement stops midway by agreement, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis after deducting work already delivered and any non-recoverable travel costs.

How to request a refund

Email info@irainfinite.com or WhatsApp +91 78599 13300 with your name, the booking or invoice number, and the date of the session. We confirm receipt within one working day and the decision within three.

Not refundable

Travel and accommodation already incurred for on-site delivery; third-party costs paid on your behalf with your approval.
