What we collect, why, who sees it, and how long we keep it. Shorter than most, because we collect less than most.

This policy explains what personal information IRA CAREERS (operating as Ira Infinite) collects through irainfinite.com and in the course of our services, and what we do with it.
Less than you might expect. The enquiry form and the "Find Your Path" quiz on this site do not store anything on our servers. When you submit them, your browser opens WhatsApp or your email app with your answers pre-filled, and you decide whether to send. We do not currently run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.
When you write to us, book a session or become a client, we hold the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, city, organisation, role, and the details of your business situation that you choose to share. During an engagement we may also hold notes, documents and recordings made with your knowledge.
If you pay us through Razorpay, your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure page and processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only confirmation of the payment, the amount, and the name and contact details you enter. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to that step.
To respond to your enquiry, to scope and deliver the service you engaged us for, to issue invoices and keep accounts as the law requires, and — only if you have agreed — to send you occasional updates about our workshops and services. You can opt out of updates at any time by replying to any message.
Nobody, for marketing. We share information only with people who help us run the business and are bound to keep it confidential — for example our accountant, our payment processor (Razorpay), and email or storage providers — and with authorities where the law requires it.
Enquiry details that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for 8 years afterwards to meet accounting and tax requirements, after which they are deleted.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@irainfinite.com. We will act within 15 days.
We keep client information on password-protected, access-controlled accounts and share documents only with the people involved in your engagement.
Our services are for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
