We provide business transformation and AI implementation consulting to business owners, senior leaders and organisations. Our services are:
Each engagement is scoped in writing before it begins. The written proposal or booking confirmation, together with these terms, forms the agreement between us.
All fees are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees. Our consulting time is billed from ₹7,000 per hour; current starting prices are published on our Pricing page. Fees for workshops and one-on-one sessions are payable in advance. Sanskriti Sthaapan is billed quarterly in advance. Payments may be made by bank transfer, UPI, or through a Razorpay payment link or checkout that we send you. IRA CAREERS is not registered under GST; our invoices therefore do not carry GST. We issue an invoice for every payment. Travel and stay for delivery outside Ahmedabad are billed at actual cost and stated in the proposal.
You agree to provide accurate information about your business, to make the people and information needed for the engagement available at the agreed times, and to use our materials only within your own organisation. You are responsible for the decisions you take on the basis of our advice; we work alongside you, but the business remains yours to run.
Frameworks, workbooks, slide decks, templates and recordings we share are the intellectual property of IRA CAREERS. You may use them internally for the purpose of the engagement. You may not resell, republish or distribute them, or use them to deliver training or consulting to third parties, without our written permission. "Hey Parth" is a trademark of IRA CAREERS.
We treat everything you tell us about your business as confidential and do not share it outside IRA CAREERS except where you have agreed or the law requires. We ask the same of you regarding our unpublished methods and materials. We may mention your organisation's name as a client unless you ask us not to.
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out notice periods, refunds and rescheduling. It forms part of these terms.
We bring experience, structure and honest effort. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your team's execution. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, growth, cost saving or other result.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.
